FRP/GRP process pipeline
Craft fiberglass pipe props have excellent physical properties. The specific gravity of fiberglass pipes is 1.8-2.1, which is about 1/4 of steel and has higher specific strength than steel, cast iron, and plastic. The weight of fiberglass pipes is generally not greater than 1/3 of steel pipes of the same specification, and their physical and mechanical properties are excellent. In addition, the expansion coefficient of fiberglass pipelines is roughly equivalent to that of steel, with a thermal conductivity of only 0.5% of steel, making them excellent thermal and electrical insulators. In addition, fiberglass pipes enjoy the reputation of "significant energy saving", with a surface roughness of up to 0.008, which can almost be regarded as "hydraulic smooth pipes". Due to the smooth inner wall, the pressure head loss during fluid transportation is small. For long-distance transportation, large-diameter pipelines can also reduce installation costs, insulation costs, and eliminate anti-corrosion costs. Fiberglass pipes do not require special anti-corrosion treatment; The insulation layer can be thinned, and even no additional insulation treatment is required. The process fiberglass pipeline is resistant to chemical corrosion and has a long service life. It is suitable for transporting various media such as acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents.

Connection method
The connection methods can include threaded connection, socket connection, flange connection, flat end docking connection, card sleeve connection, etc.

Characteristics of fiberglass process pipelines
(1) Corrosion resistance: Different corrosion-resistant pipelines (resistant to acid, alkali, salt, and organic solvents, etc.) can be selected according to the requirements of the medium.
(2) Pressure resistance performance: Design and manufacture pipes and fittings according to the pressure requirements of the process. Conduct inflation test at 1.5 times the required pressure according to the process requirements.
(3) High temperature resistance: resistant to low temperatures of minus 70 ℃ and high temperatures of 250 ℃.
(4) Good insulation performance, can customize anti-static pipelines according to requirements;
(5) Good transparency, can add color paste or choose any color for making adhesive clothing.
(6) It can improve thermal insulation performance and enhance thermal conductivity.
