Hannay Fiberglass Company is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of fiberglass, providing professional product customization and complete sets of fiberglass technology solutions. Compliant with international standards, after nearly 30 years of unremitting efforts, we currently have four production factories, 22 advanced fully automatic microcomputer intelligent control production lines, and over 180 models of fiberglass series products, which are exported to dozens of countries and regions.
Characteristic
(1) Lightweight: The density of fiberglass is 1.5-1.9g/cm3, which is 1/4 of steel, but its strength is relatively high.
(2) Corrosion resistance: Different resins are selected according to the type of medium, such as acid, alkali, salt, oil, solvent, etc.Fiberglass can be applied in various fields of chemical corrosion resistance, replacing stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, etc., and reducing costs.
(3) Smooth inner surface: easy to clean, roughness coefficient n=0.0084, good hygiene, able to resist microbial corrosion. If food grade resin is selected, fiberglass products are non-toxic, odorless, and meet hygiene requirements.
(4) Good low-temperature resistance: FRP can be used at minus 80 ℃ and is suitable for cold regions.
(5) The coefficient of thermal expansion is 2x 10-5/℃, and the thermal conductivity is 0.2 kcal (m2-h. "C), indicating good insulation performance.
(6) Easy to form and easy to maintain: It is particularly easy to manufacture complex equipment, and large containers can be wound on site.
(7) Accessories such as liquid level indicators, fiberglass handrails, ladders, mixers, platforms, etc. can be selected according to user requirements.
The advantages of fiberglass reinforced plastic have been fully applied in our company's products, with a wide range of applications, such as chlor alkali polysilicon environmental deodorization, food and wine production, seawater desalination, pasteurized titanium dioxide, chemical fiber, metallurgical waste gas treatment, etc.
