Product introduction
Fiberglass chemical storage tanks (also known as FRP chemical storage tanks) are manufactured using filament winding technology, and we collaborate with world leading resin manufacturers and the most advanced technologies to select the most suitable resin system for the required applications.
Characteristics of fiberglass/fiberglass acid storage tank/fiberglass chemical storage tank.
(1) Lightweight: The density of fiberglass is 1.5-1.9g/cm3, which is 1/4 of steel, but its strength is relatively high.
(2) Corrosion resistance: Different resins are selected according to the type of medium, such as acid, alkali, salt, oil, solvent, etc.
(3) Smooth inner surface: easy to clean, roughness coefficient n=0.0084, good hygiene, able to resist microbial corrosion.
(4) Good low-temperature resistance: FRP can be used at minus 80 ℃ and is suitable for cold regions.
(5) The coefficient of thermal expansion is 2x 10-5/℃, and the thermal conductivity is 0.2 kcal (m2-h. "C), indicating good insulation performance.
(6) Easy to form and easy to maintain: It is particularly easy to manufacture complex equipment, and large containers can be wound on site.
(7) Accessories such as liquid level indicators, fiberglass handrails, ladders, mixers, platforms, etc. can be selected according to user requirements.
(8) Seamless and integrated design, wrapped as a whole, sturdy and durable, with a long service life.
Application of fiberglass/fiberglass acid storage tank/fiberglass chemical storage tank.
Fiberglass chemical storage tanks are used to store highly corrosive chemicals such as acids, alkalis, alcohols, bromine, caustic soda, chlorine, mineral oils, esters, sodium hypochlorite, sodium hydroxide, aluminum sulfate, fluorosilicic acid, coagulants, and ferric chloride. Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, chemical fiber, metallurgical waste gas, seawater desalination, power, oil refineries, and sewage treatment plants.
