Fiberglass sewage tank cover
Fiberglass sewage tank cover, also known as sewage tank cover or odor collection cover, is a composite material product made of glass fiber and resin using hand lay up process and SMC process.
Advantages and Features
(1) Excellent corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, and insulation performance, without the need for regular anti-corrosion maintenance like metal products
(2) The proportion of fiberglass products is only 1/3 to 1/4 of that of steel, with light weight, high strength, easy installation, impact resistance, maintenance free, easy processing, anti slip safety, insulation and heat insulation.
(3) The cover plate is divided into small pieces for easy manual disassembly. Sealed connections are used between the small cover plates and between the cover plate and the top surface of the pool to prevent odor leakage. Can be cut, and the cut surface should be sealed with resin.
(4) According to the user's requirements and the size of the sewage tank, other shapes such as curved covers and flat covers can be made, and colors can also be made into multiple colors as needed to meet the different needs of users.
(5) Metal parts: The truss beams are made of Q235, and the joints are rust removed to grade S. The surface is coated with chlorosulfonate paint for corrosion prevention, and the connecting parts are made of 304 stainless steel.
(6) UV resistance: The surface of the fiberglass arch cover plate is sprayed with three layers of colored coating resin, which contains high-strength UV resistant agents to achieve UV resistance and will not fade after long-term use.
