The standard corrosion-resistant absorption tower made of vinyl ester resin is manufactured using fiber winding technology. It collaborates with world leading resin manufacturers and the most advanced technology to select the most suitable resin system for the required application. There are also composite absorption towers made of PP/FRP, PVC/FRP, PVDF/FRP, ECTF/FRPE materials.

The standard corrosion-resistant absorption tower for vinyl ester resin production, as well as composite absorption towers made of PP/FRP, PVC/FRP, PVDF/FRP, ECTF/FR PE materials, are generally composed of internal components such as packing support grids, packing, bubble caps, and liquid nozzles. Glass fiber is usually used as the support, and PP, PVC, CPVC, PVDF, etc. are used as the dielectric layer.

FRP/GRP tail gas absorption tower
Flowchart and Introduction
It mainly consists of absorption tower, circulation tank, pump, fan, exhaust pipeline, etc. The tail gas enters from the bottom of the absorption tower and rises through the packing and spray system.
The liquid enters from the top of the absorption tower and comes into contact with the tail gas. A defogger is installed inside the tower.
Technical characteristics of fiberglass absorption tower
(1) High efficiency, taking chlorine gas drying as an example, single tower drying can achieve moisture content ≤ 150PPM, and multi tower absorption can reach ≤ 25PPM.
(2) The pressure drop is small, and for a 5m high packed tower, the pressure drop can be less than 100mm water column.
(3) Fiberglass absorption towers can be wrapped as a whole, corrosion-resistant, and have a long service life.
(4) Mainly used for treating exhaust gases such as H2S, HCL, HF, CrO3, HCN, H2S, NH3, NOx, etc.
(5) In industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, metallurgy, electronics, metallurgy, galvanizing, textiles (chemical fibers), food, and machinery manufacturing.
