Fiberglass fermentation tanks are made by mechanical winding of glass fiber and food grade resin. For fermentation tanks with light requirements, the top of the fermentation tank is treated with light transmission. Corrosion resistant, non-toxic, suitable for low salt solid-state fermentation, high salt dilute fermentation, and solid-state dilution fermentation stages of sauce and vinegar fermentation, as well as storage and precipitation of sauce and vinegar.
