Product introduction
Fiberglass grating is a molded fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) grating that has corrosion resistance in the most demanding environments. Made by combining thermosetting resin with continuous glass fiber rovings in precision molds, each panel contains approximately 65% resin and 35% glass fiber rovings. This combination can optimize corrosion resistance, UV protection, and structural integrity.
Product Details
Fiberglass grating; It is a multi space board made by combining thermosetting resin with continuous glass fiber rovings in a precision mold, with glass fiber as the reinforcing material and unsaturated polyester resin as the matrix. The color options are yellow, blue, green, etc. Fiberglass reinforced plastic grilles can be used as structures. Materials used for floors, trench covers, platforms, ship decks, stairs, wooden walkways, etc. Used in corrosive environments.
Compared with traditional steel or aluminum grilles, it has the advantages of light weight, non conductivity, corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, and slip resistance. Fiberglass grating is made of reinforced fiberglass (RFP) composite material and can be widely used in work platforms, equipment platforms, drilling platforms, sidewalks, etc. In industries such as petroleum, chemical, electronics, power, papermaking, printing and dyeing, electroplating, marine exploration, and sewage treatment. It is an ideal product for corrosive environments and also suitable for civil building facilities.
